- How does your 30 days Money Back Guarantee work?
At InnoCity Solutions, we offer all new customers a full 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on our hosting plans. If at any time during the first initial 30 days of service you are not satisfied, we will issue a refund for your hosting plan payment; it's that simple!
Refund requests must be requested before the closing of the billing period, else the guarantee will not be valid for the hosting account and will not be issued. When requesting a refund, please be sure to provide all applicable billing & account information. Any information not provided may delay the cancellation process.
Refunds will not be provided on the following services: Additional Bandwidth and/or Web Space purchases, IP Addresses, Additional Services (i.e. script installation, database work, ect), Overage Fees or Set-Up Fees; furthermore, refunds will not be provided on accounts that utilize more than 60% of their bandwidth provision during the first 30 Days of service.
The InnoCity Solutions Billing Department will complete and file all cancellation requests within 7 working days (Monday-Friday). Once the cancellation has been processed, you will be notified by the payment processor (if PayPal) and by us confirming the cancellation.
There will be an administrative charge of US$2 or 5% of the fee paid which ever is higher.
